Prototype to Product
This Christmas Ornament Project was one of my first full experiences with product design and manufacturing, beginning with sketches and paper prototypes, moving into digital mockups, and culminating in the final produced piece. While simple in appearance, the project was a valuable learning opportunity that gave me hands-on insight into design iteration, material considerations, and the role of manufacturing machinery in bringing a concept to life.
From Concept to Client
I created digital mockups for a wide range of client orders, giving customers a clear idea of what their products would look like before physical samples were produced. This work required precise attention to printable areas, PMS color matching, and product limitations while maintaining brand consistency across variations. By managing revisions, facilitating approvals, and collaborating closely with clients, I successfully delivered over 1,300 designs and products from concept to completion, streamlining production and ensuring customer satisfaction.
